Leadership Rooted in Lived Experience

Last spring, Lutheran Services in America launched the Lived Voices Fellowship, a group of leaders from across the network who have experience in navigating public systems. The fellowship offers leaders an opportunity to make meaning of their own unique experiences, forge new connections, and hone skills that empower them to effect meaningful change to policies and systems in their communities. This month, the fellows gathered in Washington, D.C., for three days of immersive exploration and fellowship.
